Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Oz Bargains™, which is why we offer a 30-day returns policy.

If something’s not quite right, here’s how it works:

 

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Process: Simply contact our support team at [your email here] with your order number. We’ll guide you through the return process.

• Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 3–5 business days.

• Exchanges: If you’d prefer a replacement item, let us know and we’ll arrange it as soon as your return is approved.

• Faulty or wrong items: If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, return shipping will be covered by us. For all other returns (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for postage costs.
