• Orders: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order in rare cases (e.g. out of stock, suspected fraud, pricing error).

• Delivery: We aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, but delays may occur beyond our control. Oz Bargains™ is not responsible for courier delays once your parcel has been dispatched.
